Diagnosis
The system requires a logical operator as the first parameter of ablank compression group. The system does not support operator &V3&.
EH&S supports the following operators:
'*' : logical AND
'+' : logical OR

System Response
The system uses logical operator AND to process the blank compressiongroup.

Procedure
Correct the logical operator defined in the report template.
