Diagnosis
When you create a value assignment, the system automatically assigns ita default assessment.
Currently, no assessment is defined as the default assessment.

System Response
The system cannot assign a default assessment to new value assignmentsautomatically.

Procedure
Check the settings in Customizing (value assignment assessments; tableTCG71) or notify your system administrator.
