Diagnosis
In Customizing, you can define a check function that checks newspecification keys entered, regardless of the specification type. Thisfunction is available in the system and has rejected the specificationkey.
Independently of this, the system also checks whether the specificationkey contains the special characters * or +. These specialcharacters are not permitted for a specification key.

System Response
The system does not accept your entry.

Procedure
Correct the specification key. Contact your system administrator ifnecessary to determine the syntax with which specification keys of thisspecification type must comply.
