Diagnosis
The system checked an identifier, such as a CAS number. This identifieris rejected because it does not meet conventions (for example, too manyor too few digits).

Procedure

• If the system displays only a warning message, you can repair the
identifier by pressing Return (for example, incorrect checkdigit). You can also correct the entry manually.

• If the system displays an error message, you need to correct the entry
manually (for example, you entered too few digits).
