The key entered &v1& already exists and is marked as deleted.

Procedure
Use a new key.
Alternatively, you can run the report RC1PHDEL (Set Missing DeletionIndicators and Physically Delete Data) that physically deletes datarecords from the database that were marked as deleted. See also theCustomizing activity Set Up Job for DeletingData.
You can then use the key &v1& again.
