One of the following errors occurred, when the system attempted to openfile &v1&&V3&:

• The file was not found in the specified path .


• You have no read or write authorization for the file.


• An operating system error occurred. If the operating system output an
error message, it is contained in this parenthesis (&v2&).

System Response
The system terminated processing.

Procedure
Check whether the error was caused by one of the reasons above. Ifnecessary, notify your system administrator.
