Diagnosis
A (chargeable) substituted user in the same logical system must bespecified for a (free-of-charge) substitute. The substituted userV1 in the logical system v2 was not found.
Technical background: The system searched the log tables USZBVSYS inthe central system for the user &V1& in &V2&, where the states "A"(system call for deletetion started), "D" (system assignment of theuser deleted) and "X" (to be deleted) are not accepted.

System Response

Procedure
Specify an existing substituted user.
If you believe that the substituted user &V1& must exist in logicalsystem &V2&, it might help to distribute this user again from thecentral system to the child system, to obtain a correct entry in thelog table USZBVSYS. You can then repeat the classification assubstitute.
