Diagnosis
Internal error: The TUSTAT table stores the status of all transfers ofmeasurement data. Only one transfer is allowed to have the status"Locked" (= 'L') at any given time and there is currently only onetable entry with this status. However, an error occurred reading thisentry from an internal table.

System Response
Transfer of measurement data will most likely terminate. To determinewhat happened, see transaction SDCC.

Procedure
Notify SAP of this error as it most likely caused by a programmingerror.
