Diagnosis
Internal error: The TUSTAT table stores the status of all transfers ofmeasurement data. Only one transfer is allowed to have the status"Locked" (= 'L') at any given time. There are currently &V1& tableentries with this status.

System Response
Transfer of measurement data will most likely terminate. To determinewhat happened, see transaction SDCC.

Procedure
Notify SAP of this error as it most likely caused by a programmingerror.
