SAP Message BV160 - Internal error: Could not find lic_type &3 in selection_table

Diagnosis Internal error: In the DB table usr06 the system found the old usertype V3 for user v1/v2. this user type must be in the internal tableselection_table in the old_utype field. However, this user type was notfound. System Response Program termination. Procedure Report this error to SAP.
