SAP Message BV126 - Could not set lock entry for application &1 to "A"

Diagnosis
The system was attempting to set the lock entry for application &V1& tostatus "A" ("aborted"), as the preceeding job RSUVM007 terminated witherrors. However, the system could not update the lock entry in tableTUJOB.
This means there are two errors:

  • The preceeding job RSUVM007 terminated

  • The entry in table TUJOB could not be updated

    • The two errors may or may not be caused by the same problem.

    None.

    Procedure
    Troubleshoot to determine the cause(s) of the error and fix theerror(s). Then restart the system measurement.
