SAP Message BV007 - Measurement data is locked for transfer

Diagnosis The results of the last system measurement were released for transferto SAP. To do this, the data must be transferred to the System DataControl Center (SDCC) in a background job. This job has not yet run.Another system measurement cannot be started at this time. System Response The new system measurement is terminated. Procedure Start the new system measurement again later. You can check the statusof the transfer using transaction SDCC. If you do not have authorization to use SDCC, report the problem to auser with the appropriate authorization (probably a systemadministrator).
