Diagnosis
The status that you want to delete can only be replaced by anotherstatus.
The reason is that this status has a status number. It can therefore bereplaced only by a subsequent status of the same status profile.

System Response
The status was not deactivated.

Procedure
Insert a new status that replaces the previous status.
Attention: Not all statuses of the status profile necessarily have astatus number.
Contact your system administrator if you have questions.

Procedure for System Administration
You can determine in the Customizing of the status profile, whichstatuses within the given profile have a status number.
To do this choose the button Customizing in the PerformanceAssistant.
