Diagnosis
The Customizing that has been defined for the consistency check tool forbudget addresses is incorrect.

System Response
The entire process is cancelled until Customizing settings are correct.

Procedure
You have two options:
Go to the IMG activity Define Check Librariesfor Budget Addresses to correct the customizing defined for thelibrary &V1& and the rule &V2& or deactivate the rule
V2.
Remove the assignment to check library &V1& for FM area &V3&
and &V4& in the IMG activity Assign Budget Address Check Libraries.
