There is an error in the library &V1&. Please contact your systemadministrator. No prerequisite has been defined for library &V1& andrule &V2&.
This error is due to an inconsistency in the database. This may becaused by a transport error or another update in the database.

Procedure
If you have identified that the cause is due to a transport error, checkthe transport that was carried out for the library &V1& and rule &V2&and retransport it.
If the problem still exists, please use a consistent library or create anew library and a new corresponding rule for it.
