Diagnosis
Since translations may be longer than the original text, a defaultvalue for the maximum length of the text is determined.This value is at least 10 characters,and at least five characters longer than the original text.
The default value can be overwritten.
The default value is determined when a text is created, or if a textis changed and the original text length is no longer sufficient.
(That is the text is lengthened by at least five characters).
