Diagnosis
There is one TADIR entry for OTR texts in a package:
R3TR SOTR for short texts
R3TR SOTS for long texts
The TADIR entry is created when the first text in a package is created.
If no TADIR entry exists in any system, the entry firstly has to becreated in the original system (of the package).
There is still no TADIR entry, even in the original system, for thetexts in the current package.

System Response
The function is canceled.

Procedure
First, create a TADIR entry for the texts in the original system, forexample, by creating any text for the current package.
You can then create TADIR entries in non-original systems as well.
