SAP Message BT838 - PBT environment not yet initialized

Diagnosis Whilst processing function modules for managing parallel RFCs, thesystem established that the environment for parallel RFCs has not yetbeen initialized. This is a programming error in the applicationprogram. Procedure Report the error to the person responsible for the application program.You can find the name of the program in the ABAP call stack.
