Diagnosis
When an external program was started, the system discovered an errorwhen checking parameter &V1&. This parameter has value &V2&. Pleasenote that this parameter cannot be assigned a value, which is the causeof this error message.

System Response
An exception was triggered and processing was cancelled. Inparticular, no external programs were started.

Check the above parameter in the function module call.
