The background processing system was unable to perform the operationnamed in the message on an internal table. Before this message can beissued, the background processing system was able to create theinternal table and (depending upon the operation in the message) alsowas able to fill the internal table.
In general, this error message means that a serious problem hasoccurred in your host system. For example, the internal table may havebeen overwritten in main memory.
