Diagnosis
An internal error occurred when the background processing systemattempted to save the start specifications of the job named in themessage.
This error message may be issued as a follow-on message when an errorhas occurred in generating an event count (messages BT 099 and 116).
This error message may also indicate that a host system problem hasoccurred and that memory used by SAP processes has been altered orlost.

Procedure
To diagnose this problem, start by checking the SAPsystem log for relevant messages. You should also check for hostsystem problems with the analysis tools offered by your host system andby the computing center management system.
