SAP Message BT060 - Control objects are being edited by user & - only display is possible

Diagnosis Another user is already working with the BTCCTL table(Steuertabelle für Hintergrundverarbeitung)(Control table forbackground processing). The system has locked the table for the otheruser. System Response Access to table denied. Procedure Try to access the table again later. You can also determine which user is currently working with the tablewith the lock management system.
