Diagnosis There are entries in persistence tables SSCSR and SSCSRLINK for whichcorresponding service requests (SRs) have been created in the CRMsystem. However, these have not been updated with SR information such asthe GUID, ID, and status. This may be caused by late BDoc processing,qRFC failure, and so on. Procedure Log on to the CRM system and run transaction SMW01 to display BDocmessages. In the selection screens of this transaction, specifyselection criteria to monitor BDoc processing results. Note that the BDoc type is BUS_TRANS_MSG. From this monitoring tool, youmight find some BDoc with red and yellow lights in the State>column. Resolve the relevant BDoc processing issues. |
