Diagnosis
You can only lock and edit runtime repositories that are savedstatically in a BSP page. This means that the page may not containdynamic elements, such as ABAP source code or page includes. Dynamic BSPpages must be loaded via HTTP and cannot be locked or edited.
It is also not possible to lock or edit runtime repositories that areonly referenced as a URL or that are in the MIME repository.
