Diagnosis
The BW system called is not connected to the current logical system as asource system.

System Response
BI Content related functions like F4 help filter their results accordingto the logical system from where they are called. If the current systemis not connected as a source system, you can get empty results, or theF4 help does not work.

Procedure
Chose a different BW system, or connect the current system as sourcesystem to the BW system you have chosen.
