Diagnosis
A previous activation process for the current BI Content bundle has notbeen finished.

System Response
If you receive this message as an error, the current activation processhas been terminated.
If this message is a warning, the system waits up to six hours until theprevious activation process has been finished. Then the system proceedswith the activation of the current content bundle. If the previousprocess does not finish within the time limit, the current processterminates.

Procedure
Wait until the previous activation process finishes before you start theactivation. If the process terminates due to an error, the system cannotupdate the activation status. In this case you have to set the QM statusof the activation process manually to enable a further activation.
