Diagnosis
You cannot delete a user status (manually or by carrying out a businesstransaction) if the user status has a status order number. Status &V1&is deleted when you carry out business transaction &V2&.

Procedure
Remove the status order number of status &V1&.
Change the business transaction control in such a way that no businesstransaction deletes status &V1&.
