SAP Message BS051 - "&" not allowed (&, object &)

Diagnosis The status check for the status object &V3& indicated that theprocedure "&V1&" cannot be performed because &V2& forbids it. System Response Procedure "&V1&" is not performed. Procedure If procedure "&V1&" is to be performed, the &V2& of object &V3& must bereset. Other statuses than &V2& can also prevent the procedure. This messagedoes not tell you all statuses which currently prevent procedure"&V1&".
