Diagnosis
This can be for one of the following reasons:

• You are trying to assign a local BRFplus system application. This is not
possible because you can only use local BRFplus applications for testpurposes
Instead use a local Customizing application as the migration target.
If the BRFplus application is not local, it must have the same type asthe migration target.

• One of the two BRFplus applications is local. The setting must be
identical with both applications that are used, in other words, if oneapplication is local, the other must be local as well.

• The BRFplus application is already used as the migration target.
