Diagnosis
In the &v2& authorization for the &v1& authorization object, the [&v3&,
V4] interval is defined. this interval is invalid. this is the case,for example, if the higher value is smaller than the lower one.

The interval is not considered for the authorization check.

Procedure
Check the interval. It is possible that it was incorrectly defined dueto an entry error. Correct the error.
