&CAUSE&
The InfoObject 'Authorization for Hierarchy' (0TCTAUTHH) is notavailable in an active version or the indicator 'AuthorizationRelevant' has been switched off.

System Response
You can not create authorizations for hierarchies as long as theInfoObject 0TCTAUTHH is not activated and not flagged as authorization
relevant.

Procedure
Please transfer the InfoObject 0TCTAUTHH from the technical content inthe InfoObject catalog 'BW Statistics: Characteristics' (0BWTCT_CHA01)and activate it (indicator 'Authorization Relevant' set).
Afterwards you can use this characteristic when defining anauthorization object.
Please enter one of the clear indicators as a characteristic value forcharacteristic 0TCTAUTHH, that you maintained previously in thetransaction 'Maintain Authorization Objects Reporting' (RSSM) (menu'Authorization Object Reporting' -> Authorization Hierarchy).
