Diagnosis
A data inconsistency in the use of aggregates was found during the
trace.

Procedure
Go to transaction <(><<)>ZH>RSRCATTTRACE<(><<)>/> and run your trace inmode 'C'. Two lists are generated:
The 'Master data grid' contains the data without using aggregates.
The 'CATT data grid' contains the data using aggregates.
Check whether your data without aggregates is correct. If it is, see
note 184924, 'Incorrect data when executing a query/navigating'.
