Breakpoints - Instantiation of Input Help
This breakpoint is located in factory class cl_rsmd_rs_factory of the in
put help.
For the input help with single values, in method get_flat_reader( ), the
system generates the relevant instance for the InfoObject or loads itfrom the buffer.
For the input help for hierarchies, the system calls method get_hierarch
y_node_reader( ). This uses the BINCL instance and the InfoObject togenerate an instance of class cl_rsmd_rsh or to load it from the buffer.
