Diagnosis
The COB_PRO of aggregation level &V2& must contain "characteristic" &V1&and fields CHASEL and CHANAV must have the correct values. The currentvalues are:
IOBJNM = &V1&
CHASEL = &V3&
CHANAV = &V4&

System Response
Aggregation level &V2& cannot be used.
