Aggregation level &V2& is defined by means of MultiProvider &V3&. TheMultiProvider has a compounding inconsistency for characteristic &V1&(more information: Messages R7I 135 andBRAIN 152).
Only data with an initial value can be entered for characteristic &V1&.The characteristic cannot therefore be added to an aggregation level bymeans of &V3&.
