If no value is specified for an optional variable, the system assumesthere are no restrictions and displays all data.
However, variable &V2& for characteristic &V1& is used with additionalincluding conditions in the fixed filter. Therefore, no input for &V2&is interpreted as though the condition does not exist.
If all including conditions for &V1& are optional variables, and noentry is made for these variables, all data is displayed.
