Diagnosis
The program expects an object (leaf or node) in the internal hierarchydescription, which does not exist.

Procedure for System Administration
Activate hierarchy &V1& (ID: &V2& of the characteristic &V3&) again.
If the problem is not solved by reactivating then check tableRSRNEWSIDS (transaction SE16). If this is not empty, then executefunction module RRHI_CHAVLS_REQUEST_TO_HIERA with the highest RNSID,that appears in RSRNEWSIDS (transaction SE37).
