Diagnosis
The hierarchy cannot be activated since the name of the hierarchy end
node &V1& contains not permitted characters. Only the characters
'&V2&&V3&&V4&' are permitted for the name of the hierarchy end node.

Procedure
In the hierarchy, change all nodes and end nodes that contain notpermitted characters.

Procedure for System Administration
Provided that capital letters are being dealt with for thesecharacters, you can also declare these as permitted characters. Choosethe function "Permitted characters" in the main menu of the BusinessInformation Warehouse (under global settings) or make the setting in BWcustomizing.
