Diagnosis
In FM area &V1&, the functional area and cover eligibility areactivated for fiscal year &V2&. The simultaneous use of these twofunctions is not supported in this release of the system.

Procedure
Ensure that either the functional area or cover eligibility for FM areaV1 and fiscal year v2 is deactivated in the customizing ofFunds Management Government.
