Cover eligibility is active for fiscal year &V1&, but noBudget objects are being used.
Due to technical reasons however, the use of budget objects isnecessary if cover eligibility is active.

Budgeting is not possible.

Procedure
If you want to use cover eligibility for fiscal year &V1&, you mustintroduce budget objects for fund &V2&.
If you do not want to use cover eligibility for fiscal year &V1&,deactivate cover eligibility in Funds Management Customizing.
