You are changing the activation state of the cover eligibility for FMarea &V1& and fiscal year &V2&. The activation causes an extended checkof the availability control to take place during postings. For GermanGovernment customers, this check is also the prerequisite that budgeteligible for cover and budget ineligible for cover can be releasedseparately.
