Diagnosis
As of mySAPERP2005, SAP recommends that new customers use the BudgetControl System (BCS). The former budgeting tool will continue to bemaintained for existing customers, new developments however will onlyoccur in the Budget Control System. The former budgeting tool shouldtherefore not be implemented for new customers.
This recommendation does not apply if you belong to customer group"German Government" (Global Functions for German Government active). Incertain cases however, the use of BCS would also make sense for somecustomers in this group.
