The data for financial budget years and cash effectivity years, which,as a result of this change, does not fall within the year interval, isno longer displayed in the budgeting transactions and can no longer bemaintained.
This may result in inconsistent data in reporting.

Procedure
Ensure that there is no data in the affected year interval.
