Diagnosis The budgeting activity is not allowed for the given combination of FMarea, fund and budget version. System Response The system cannot execute the desired processing. Procedure Check the settings for the activity-related activation of budgetversions. If you want to change the settings, select Environment ->Current settings -> Activity-related activation of budget versions. In your system, it was defined that the fund works with overall values.For funds with overall values, you should enter fiscal year '0000'.
