Diagnosis
You want to change a budget structure (BS), even though budget dataalready exists in the BS validity area.
The change may result in inconsistent budget data.

System Response
The system will make the change to the BS, if you save the change.

Procedure
We recommend that you do not change the BS if budget data alreadyexists.
However, if you must make changes, you can repair inconsistent budgetdata in one of two ways:
You execute a reconstruction of the distributed values, adjust thebudget values manually and then start the reconstruction of assignedvalues.
You execute the reconstruction of budget values using programBPDIST05 and then start the reconstruction of assigned values.
Be aware: Program BPDIST05 does not guarantee the removal of allinconsistent budget data in all cases. For further information, referto Program documentation.
