Commitment item &V1& has no commitment budget. The indicator "Nocommitment budget" was set in the master record of the commitment item.

Procedure
Check your entries. Remove the indicator "No commitment budget" in themaster record of the commitment item or enter another commitment itemwith commitment budget.
