Diagnosis
The assignment object in the payment budget in funds center/commitmentitem has &V1& / &V2& has &V3& / &V4& as the superior assignment objectin the payment budget.
However, there must only be one assignment object in an upward path.

Procedure
Delete one of the assignment objects.
