You cannot create inbound deliveries because document &V1& &V2& islocked in the source listfor the material.

Procedure
You must unlock the document in the source list whenyou want to create an inbound delivery for the document.
You must unlock the source list entry in the outline agreement when anoutline agreement item was used to maintain the source list.
