Diagnosis
While &v1& valuated an activity allocation, a quantity was transferredthat had different plus minus signs for its fixed and variableportions.Total quantity: &v2& &v4&, fixed portion: &v3& &v4&.
This can happen during target=actual activity allocation, if the systemcalculates a negative operating rate. Or this can happen if a templateallocation in the template definition uses a corresponding formula.

System Response
This type of activity allocation is normally not intentional.

Procedure
Correct the cause of the quantity distribution. If, however, you dorequire this type of posting, you can switch this message off.
