You entered a quantity larger than the remaining quantity still to bereposted from reference item &v1&.

System Response
A reference item is the same as one of the line items that you selectedfor reposting, which can only be reposted in full. This means that thetotal quantities of all the document items entered for a line item mustbe the same as the the quantity from the original line item to bereposted.
The remaining quantity in a reference item is thus the differencebetween the total quantity of the line item to be reposted and the sumof all the quantities entered so far in all document items for theitem.
When you first process a document item, the system defaults theremaining quantity to be reposted from the corresponding referenceitem.
You can overwrite this value, but the new value must not exceed thedefault value.

Procedure
Correct the value entered so that it does not exceed the remainingquantity to be reposted from reference item &V1&.
Use RefItem on a document item entered for this reference itemto see the remaining amount to be reposted for the item.The posting data for this reference item is displayed in a modaldialog box.
